Honestly, most times within a few hours during business days. If it's marked urgent, we're usually on it within the hour. Late submissions and weekend stuff - we check those too, just might take a bit longer. We know you're probably stressed about timelines, so we try not to leave folks hanging.

Appointments are definitely better - that way we can give you our full attention and have the right person ready for your type of case. Walk-ins are okay too, but you might end up waiting if everyone's tied up. Just shoot us a message or call ahead and we'll sort something out that works for your schedule.

Bring whatever documents you've got related to your situation - passport, previous applications, letters from immigration, work permits, whatever. Don't stress if it's not organized or you're missing stuff - we'll figure out what we need together. Sometimes people bring way too much, sometimes not enough. Either way, we'll work with what you have.

First chat is usually free - we want to understand what's going on and see if we're a good fit to help you. No point charging for that initial conversation. After that, fees depend on what you need done. We're upfront about costs from the start, no surprises or hidden charges later on.

Yeah, for sure. Video calls work fine for most stuff - consultations, updates, document reviews. Lots of our clients aren't even in Toronto yet, so we're pretty used to doing things online. Whatever's easier for you. Some things still need in-person (like notarization), but we can handle most of the process remotely if that's what you prefer.
